Rahul Dravid again India Head Coach: The ongoing suspense regarding the head coach of Team India is over. Rahul Dravid will remain the coach of Team India. BCCI has extended the contract deadline of the head coach and support staff of Team India (Senior Men).
The cricket board of India, known as the BCCI, made an important decision about who will coach Team India. Rahul Dravid, who has been coaching the team until the World Cup in 2023, will keep coaching in the future too. The BCCI also extended the contracts of the people who helped the head coach for the senior men’s team.

Recently, Rahul Dravid’s coaching contract ended after the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2023. After that, the BCCI talked with Dravid about continuing as the coach. Dravid agreed to stay on as the coach. The BCCI praised both Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman, who led the NCA (National Cricket Academy) and helped out as the stand-in head coach.

Rahul Dravid has been chosen again as the coach for Team India by the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI). His contract ended after the ODI World Cup in 2023, but now the BCCI has extended it. They’ve also extended the contracts of the support staff working with the senior men’s team. The BCCI didn’t say for how long they extended the coach and support staff contracts.
In a statement from the BCCI, they said, “We had a good talk with Mr. Rahul Dravid after his contract ended after the recent ODI World Cup in 2023, and we all agreed to keep working together.”

The statement continued, “The Board appreciates Mr. Rahul Dravid’s role in shaping the Indian team and values his outstanding professionalism. The Board also recognizes the work of Mr. VVS Laxman as the Head Coach of NCA and Stand-in Head Coach of Team India. Just like their great teamwork on the field, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman have taken Indian cricket forward.”
