Since last few days, a report is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which it is being claimed that veteran Indian businessman and former chairman of Tata Sons, Ratan Tata, has married Afghan cricketer Rashid Khan. ) has been given a huge amount of Rs 10 crores. When this news went viral on social media, Ratan Tata himself had to take command and he termed any such news as completely baseless. The billionaire businessman has said that he has no connection with cricket.
Ratan Tata has refuted the claims being made in this report through his official Twitter (now X) account on Monday. He said that false news is being spread in his name. Ratan Tata, former chairman of Tata Sons, had to post this on X because fake news in his name is becoming increasingly viral on social media. Through this, he advised his users that please do not trust such WhatsApp forwards and videos at all unless they are posted from my official platform account.

The cricketer who is being claimed to be given Rs 10 crore by Ratan Tata is Rashid Khan and plays for Afghanistan cricket team. In the ongoing World Cup (World Cup 2023), Afghanistan got a great victory against the Pakistani team and in this, Rashid Khan had performed well by bowling economically. The same Rashid Khan was seen celebrating the victory over Pakistan with the country’s flag on his shoulder. Since then, these news related to Ratan Tata were going viral on social media.

Penalty for celebrating victory?
On one hand, there were reports on social media about Ratan Tata giving huge amount to Rashid Khan, on the other hand, such fake news was also going viral that ICC was angry with Rashid Khan for celebrating. A fine of Rs 55 lakh has also been imposed. This news has also not been confirmed yet.
