Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife, Dhanashree Verma, posted puzzling messages on Instagram the day after Yuzvendra was not chosen for Team India in the Asia Cup 2023. The leg-spinner was not included in the team list announced on Monday. Dhanashree shared a message on Instagram where she wondered if being very shy and introverted could affect your career growth.
She wrote, “I’ve started to question this now seriously. Can being submissive and introverted stop you from growing in your work? Or do we all need to be outgoing and clever to succeed?”
In the other story she mentioned: “In the end, it is between you and your god. And fortunately, the world is with you. Thankful, God is great.” Check out her post here:
In the Asia Cup 2023 squad for India, there’s only one wrist spinner, Kuldeep Yadav. Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja are the other options for spin bowling. On Monday, Chahal also posted a mysterious message on his social media with emojis, expressing his feelings.
Hardik Pandya, the vice-captain, and Shardul Thakur are the two fast-bowling all-rounders. As for pace bowlers, there are Krishna, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Mohammad Shami.
Suryakumar Yadav, known for his unique style, is also part of the team, even though he hasn’t performed very well in ODIs recently. India’s games in the Asia Cup will be held in Sri Lanka, while Pakistan, the host of the tournament, will have four games played at their home ground.
